  Magnolia Chavez de Moya, originally from Colombia, South America, moved to North Carolina from Florida in 2006. She has an associate degree in computer science and a bachelor’s in business administration. Magnolia started in the real estate world in 2008, equipped with experience as a mortgage broker and a short sales certification. Having been in the business for more than 15 years, she offers her expertise to anyone interested in finding their home. Also, as a bilingual agent and coming from a Latino background, she is open-minded to all cultures. She gets excited to open doors not only for non-English speaking families but also for everyone finding their dream homes. Magnolia’s goal is to share her knowledge, and she always hopes to create a warm environment for her clients and initiate a solid relationship.   Luzmila Chavez is a bilingual real estate broker working for one of the best real estate agencies in the Triad. Luzmila became an agent two years ago after she graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology and a minor in accounting and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.   Tania de Grote Salazar, originally from Mexico City, has been in the USA for 15 years. Tania has a degree in fashion design. She is also fluent in English, Spanish, and German. Her Hispanic and German background makes her very open-minded to all cultures. Tania became a real estate agent in April 2019. Before becoming a real estate agent, Tania worked as a medical interpreter for four years. She decided to pursue the real estate business to advise people of different backgrounds on finding their dream homes and selling them for the best price. Tania’s goal is to make the process of buying and selling less stressful, as it is an important decision for everyone. She will make you her number-one priority from start to finish.

  Nancy Nunez was born in Guanajuato, Mexico but she moved to Florida when she was 15 years old where she studied Business Administration and Management at Edison State College. Two of her passions are communications and Real Estate. She has been a radio host for almost her entire life and she is also the founder of a popular regional Hispanic Magazine in NC. She obtained her first Real Estate License from the state of Florida back in 2005, where she helped many clients to achieve the dream of owning a home. She moved to North Carolina more than a decade ago and dedicated most of her time to managing her own business and taking care of her family. She currently holds a Real Estate license in Florida and North Carolina. Nancy enjoys guiding her clients through the process of buying or selling their home.
